ศูนย์วิจัยการแพทย์ปริวรรต (Translational Medicine Research Center: TMRC) เป็นหน่วยงานภายใต้กลุ่มงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม คณะแพทยศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ มีภารกิจหลักในการสร้างระบบนิเวศน์วิจัยคุณภาพสูงเพื่อสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้เกิดการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงลึกทางอณูชีววิทยาโดยการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างอาจารย์แพทย์ทางคลินิก และนักวิจัยทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์พื้นฐาน เชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีและองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ คลินิก และชีวสารสนเทศทางการแพทย์สู่การใช้งานจริงอย่างครบวงจร (Translational Medicine)
